REP PLAN OPTIONS

Standard Program is designed for casual participants, who want to receive compensation for referring known local businesses to MylocalPro.com. Standard Reps will receive direct compensation for direct Business Listing Profiles, Gold Memberships, and Fundraiser Referrals. Cost is $6.00 annually.

Gold Program is designed for go-getters, or more active participants, who want to maximize compensation opportunities. Gold Member Reps will also receive direct compensation for direct Business Listing Profiles, Gold Memberships, and Fundraiser Referrals. In addition, they are eligible for Quarterly and Annual Bonus Compensation Plans, and are automatically eligible for the Annuity Plan. Gold Member Reps also receive a Gold Member Package with promotional material and the ability to purchase additional promotional material as desired.  Cost is $60.00 annually.

All Rep Participants are provided with a Referral Code to use in their promotional efforts. Reps will be notified each time MyLocalPro.com receives a Listing or Membership with their Referral Code.

All individuals operate as independent representatives, and exclusively responsible for all taxes. See additional terms and conditions.

REP COMPENSATION DETAILS

Business Listing Profiles currently range from $40.00 to $240.00 annually.

Standard Members ($6.00/annual)

Direct Compensation: Receive 30% of each Business Profile Listing and Gold Membership that you generate; Receive 10% of each Business Profile Listing that is generated from a Win-Win Relationship that you introduced.

Gold Members ($60.00/annual)

Direct Compensation: Receive 30% of each Business Profile Listing and Gold Membership that you generate; Receive 10% of each Business Profile Listing that is generated from a Win-Win Relationship that you introduced.

Bonus Program: Participation in Quarterly & Annual Direct Compensation Plans (see below)

Annuity: Automatic Compensation for the annual renewal of all direct Business Listing Profiles and Gold memberships consistent with Direct Compensation and Bonus Program.

BONUS PLAN CONTRIBUTION SOURCES

Contributions will be made from all Business Listing Profiles and Gold Memberships that are generated through the Rep and Win ~ Win Programs (referred to as “Eligible”).

A portion of each Eligible Business Listing Profile and Gold Membership generated by a Rep will be contributed to the Quarterly Plan (15%) and Annual Plan (10%).

In addition, a portion of each Eligible Business Listing Profile and Gold Membership generated through the Win ~ Win Program will be contributed to the Quarterly Plan (5%) and Annual Plan (5%).  

BONUS PLAN COMPENSATION CALCULATION

Both the Quarterly and Annual Bonus Plan payouts are based on how much direct income YOU generate (and overall listing and membership activity). There is no down line reliance or MLM activity. No pyramids; No “Last Guy In left Hanging!!” The Plans are designed to compensate participants for prolonged short term efforts and longer term (full year) involvement.

Direct Income Calculation: Business Listing Profile Fee Amount (both directly generated and generated from Win-Win introductions) + Memberships Fee Amounts (Standard and Gold) 

Quarterly Calculation: Your Direct Income generated for that Quarter divided by The Total Quarterly Eligible Direct Income times Total Dollars in the Plan for that Quarter.

Annual Calculation: Your Direct Income generated for that Year divided by The Total Annual Eligible Direct Income times Total Dollars in the Plan for that Annual.

HOW WIN ~ WIN CAN BENEFIT YOU!

Our newest plan provides local organizations, youth and sports groups, charities, and community causes with an opportunity to generate much needed funding. Under the plan, MyLocalPro.com will donate 40% of each Business Listing Profile secured by a fundraising organization to that organization. It is a wonderful opportunity for community based residents to reach out to local businesses and provide them with a tangible and meaningful reason to help their cause!

FAQs

When do I Get Paid … Payments are issued to all participants who have accrued a $25.00 balance or more within thirty days of each quarter end. Balances of less than $25.00 will be carried over to the following quarter. All balances will be paid out at each Year End (December 31)

How do I Get Paid … Payments will initially be issued by check

Why do I have to pay to participate? … The $1.00 standard fee is accessed to ensure that participants have a certain level of interest and are (yes) real. The Gold Fee (currently $60.00) covers the cost of the Gold Member Package, small administrative costs associated with the Plan, and the issuance of compensation.

Am I an employee of MyLocalPro.com? … No! All participants acknowledge that they will operate as an independent representative. As an independent rep, you are responsible for all taxes associated with your participation.  By law, MyLocalPro.com is required to issue W-9 Forms to any participant who earns $600.00 or more. Participants will be notified of this pending status and will be required to provide social security number or T.I.N. prior to issuance of payment of $600.00 or more.

How does the Charity portion of the program work? ... MyLocalPro.com is comitted to assisting Local Charities, Youth Programs and Organizations, and Community Causes in their efforts to raise much needed funds! To this end, we offer a program where these organizations can promote MyLocalPro.com to community businesses and restaurants and receive a portion of each listing. Members who refer "Charity Partners" to MyLocalPro.com will receive 10% of each Listing generated by that Partner.
